  • Agents can choose to be paid via Direct Deposit. Payroll Forms are provided in your New Agent Packet on the last week of your Online Certification Course.

  • We are dedicated to helping people gain access to opportunities they would otherwise not have.   • We built business relationships with Fortune 500 companies and staff them with service providers, we provide experienced mentor-ship, support, and technical assistance when needed. Agents are located throughout 43 US states, answering customer service calls for several Fortune 500 companies ( Telecommunication Centers, Resorts, Spas, Hotels, Cruise Lines, Pharmacies, Book Stores, High End Dining Experiences, Online Shopping, Sporting Goods Stores, and Energy Providers).   • Individuals are required to submit, and pass, a background check to qualify. After completing the registration process individuals are asked to complete a Job Assessment. The assessment is online and flexible. You will not be able to view current job openings until the assessment is completed. A drug screening may be required.

  • To maintain active status, agents are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and are responsible for creating their own work schedules using our scheduling program.

Here’s What You Need!

  • Having a noise-canceling headset is helpful. Great for ensuring clear communication with customers and minimizing background noise during calls. While Connect1 does not provide headsets to its agents. We highly recommend them, we want all agents be knolegeable of the tools they need to succeed in their role and provide the best possible customer service. If you have any questions or need help finding a suitable headset, our team is always available to assist you

  • If you have a computer that is internet accessible, you're already well on your way to becoming a successful call center agent! If you have all the necessary software our partners provide the training. Start making money on your time and your way.
